Cancellation Policy
Our priority is to help individuals avoid cancelling their appointment. Please provide notice via email or phone call at least 2 business day (48 hours) before your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
Participants who fail to cancel within 48 hours of their appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.
If you are not able to attend face to face appointments, here at Therapy Hub WA we provide telehealth options.
