Welcome to
Therapy Hub WA

In Occupational Therapy, “occupations” refer to the activities and tasks that people typically carry out as individuals, in families, or with their communities. These are the activities that you love to do and choose to do that bring joy, meaning, and purpose to your life – there are the things that motivate a person to out of bed in the morning and get on with their day. Occupations include activities that people need to do (such as bathing, dressing, eating and driving), tasks things that people want to do (such as hobbies and passions) and activities that people are expected to do (such as working, going to school, or participating in social activities). We can assist you to maximise your participation in all these important activities and tasks.
